Your ERP is not on our list? It is not a dealbreaker.
Distribution runs on hundreds of systems, some older than the people using them. The intake and drafting layer works today regardless; write-back gets scoped honestly.
Quoting.ai Supply works with any ERP in ERP-light mode: multichannel RFQ intake, SKU matching against your item export, customer pricing from your price file, and the approval inbox all run without touching your system. Approved quotes export cleanly for posting. Native write-back for custom and legacy systems is scoped case by case on the kickoff call, stated honestly as on request.
What syncs
- Today: item file and pricing via your exports, on your schedule
- Today: clean quote exports formatted for your posting workflow
- On request: native write-back scoped against your system's real interfaces
What does not, yet
- No pretend connectors. If a native integration does not exist yet for your system, this page and your kickoff call both say so
This scope is kept honest on purpose. When it changes, this page changes, and the changelog says so.
How does ERP-light mode work?
You upload your item file and price export, connect your inbox, and the drafting engine goes to work. Your team approves in the same inbox every Quoting.ai customer uses, and the final post into your system stays a human step. Most of the time saved is upstream of the ERP anyway: reading, splitting, matching, and pricing the request.
When is native write-back worth building?
When quote volume justifies it and your system exposes a workable interface: an API, a file drop, or a database your IT team blesses. That conversation happens on the kickoff call with an engineer, and you get a straight answer, including no when the answer is no.
Common questions
We run a homegrown system from the 90s. Seriously, does this work?
Seriously. ERP-light mode needs only an item export and a price file. Green screens have survived worse than us.
Is Priority Software supported?
Priority is on our radar for the Israeli market and follows the same honest path: ERP-light today, native scope on request. Ask on the kickoff call.
